Returns

We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging. Pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

To request a return, email us at returns@chainsupplyy.com.  Once approved, send the item back with your original receipt or packing slip. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Allow up to 7 business days after the item arrives for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return approval is at the discretion of our team.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Reach out to us first. Once approved, send the original item back and place a new order.

Final Sale

Sale items (20% off or more), engraved or custom-length pieces, and altered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
